Gaynor L. St. John

Gaynor L. St. JohnGaynor St. John has been a partner at St. John and St. John for over 25 years.

Gaynor's practice has been devoted to civil litigation to include healthcare litigation, professional medical liability and business litigation. In her 22 years of practice, she has tried in excess 50 complex civil cases to a jury verdict in North Alabama.

Honored by her peers for her litigation skills, Gaynor has been inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, an organization which elects its Fellows from no more than one percent of the practicing bar in any state. She has been inducted as an associate of the American Board of Trial Advocates. She is a frequent lecturer on employment law issues.

Gaynor is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Denison University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She served as a Senior Fellow in her department. She received her law degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1987.

Gaynor has been practicing in Cullman since 1993 and is a member of the Cullman County Bar Association, the Alabama Bar Association, and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. She is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts. Her practice focuses in the areas of general trial practice, appellate practice, insurance defense, and employment law. Through this work, she has gained extensive experience with Alabama's unique procedures one such resulting to a $4.5 million civil verdict.

Gaynor has served on the Board of Directors for the Cullman County Chamber of Commerce, Cullman County PALS, Alabama Legacy, and the Cullman City Schools Foundation.
